Let's Evaluate Our Notebooks 🤩📖🖌

Most of the time, we take a notebook very fondly and tell ourselves that we will definitely evaluate it. And then another one is added, and we have a lot of books that are empty. You are not alone in this topic. In this week's article, I will tell you how I evaluate them myself and share with you a few more methods that I have learned.

I like to buy stationery products and notebooks that are especially special or different to me. I had a small collection a while ago, but I realized I didn't use most of it. I shared some with my friends. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the worn ones. And when I still had a few notebooks left, I realized that I really needed to evaluate them. I have 20 different notebooks right now. Some of them are still in the closet, but after this article, make sure that neither you nor I will keep them empty.

1| Create A Memoir Book

I think the simplest and most beautiful notebook evaluation method imaginable is to create a memoir book. A ticket to a place you're going to, tickets you get from museums or exhibitions, or even if they don't exist, you can write small articles about the place you're going to and paste a few pictures you've removed.

For example, I finished 3 such notebooks. (I didn't get a chance to do it in 2020.) Sometimes the pages don't satisfy me. Especially my notebook, where I write Instant Articles where I go, is a little complicated. And to better evaluate him, when I get home, I prepare pages with pictures in another notebook. He's kind of giving me a draft so I don't forget a notebook.
Of course, it's not just a moment. Even the things that are important to you in your high school life become a memory.

2| Nutrition Log Book

I started writing a notebook like this for a few months, when I started losing a lot of weight after my illness. I made a separate page every day, writing down every meal until it reached its calories. In fact, many dietitians also recommend this to their patients. In this way, you understand what you are eating and what you are not eating, and you use your notebook nicely.

3| Bullet Journal

In recent years, "Bullet Journal" has become a fashion. People share it on their instagram pages or any social media account, creating wonders and getting thousands of likes/views. In the same way, I have more than one notebook that I use in this way, and it is very pleasant to design it as you want.

Bujo is a notebook where you record your goals, what you want to do, what you need to do, activities, notes, etc. It has various symbols and ways of using it. Most people generally use it to follow their goals, habits and what they need to do. Actually, it's more fun and creative to choose this than boring journals. You also don't have to decorate with a specific theme or pictures. You can also simply do it with some small shapes as you like.

4| A notebook in which you record your feelings and thoughts

Do you sometimes forget how you feel in events or days? Do you ever wonder how your feelings have changed or how you have developed yourself in terms of emotion? I'm a person who can't control my own feelings too much, and about 2 years ago I got myself a notebook in which I wrote My Daily feelings or thoughts. It's a small notebook, but it's still extremely useful to me. It's a nice activity to get to know yourself better or write down your feelings in terms of events.

5| Exercise Log

If you're going to the sport, I'd really recommend you do it. It's the perfect way to see how much you've improved, become flexible, become stronger. This could be the notebook I'm not very good at. I don't have a full notebook because I exercise or dance 3-4 days a week, but I still made a small notebook for it, and I write it a few days a week.

You can write down the tactics you practice while playing sports, your workout times, and even recipes for healthy foods. You can personalize this book by taking short notes on quick snacks that you can eat when you don't have time to eat, high-protein foods that you love, nutritional supplements that you try, and so on.

6| Recipe Book/Notebook

Whether you like to cook or not, this notebook might come in handy. You can write everything from simple foods to hard-to-make foods. I have a recipe book that I started writing when I was 12. From the recipe for how to cook chicken to the recipe for how to make a 2-layer cake, there are many things in it. You don't even need to write especially healthy things or use a simple notebook. Special notebooks for recipes sell for a good price. It can be a good reason to love cooking and to use your notebook.

you should check etsy.com or amazon for this notebook

7| Book, Series, Film, Music Notebook ( Listen, Read, Watch)

I'm sure I've read thousands of books since I learned to read. I've only been writing books for the last 4 years that really interest me. I also write down things like how many days I read, my favorite part, next to it with small notes. This method can both improve you and encourage you to read books.

I'm not a big fan of watching TV shows, but I have a good notebook where I write my series that I like to watch or watch in some genres. In general, I write comedy or interesting series for me from different countries and even score on their sides. I write down the episodes I like or the ones that get my attention from the actors. So I don't forget which series I've watched, and I make an assessment. It's actually a good way to understand your own taste. That's how you can write down a small part of your life.

The most fun and beautiful thing about weekend nights for me is that it's movie night. As a family, we unite in the Hall, make popcorn, choose fim, and end the night with laughter, bewilderment, sometimes tears. Since such moments are also important to me, the other half of my series notebook is devoted to movies. Of course, you can also make only movies in a separate notebook. So you can discover yourself and have fun.

If it's about music, I think you should have the biggest and thickest notebook, mine is. Turkish,English,Arabic,Persian,Korean,Thai,Japanese,Latin.. There are songs I listen to too much from too many languages. I find and extract covers of my favorite albums or songs, and paste them in a small part of the page and write down the name of both the song and the artist. The rest is up to your dream world. You can write a word you like. You can write your feelings about the song. Why did you find that song so important or beautiful? By writing things like that, you decorate and personify a small picture.

8| Citation Journal

We read books, listened to songs. Some words / sentences between them really affect us. Or there are words that really affect us when we're browsing a social media account. We read and pass some of them, and it's not catchy. I'm someone who cares about these things, and that's why I've had a notebook for it since the beginning of high school. I can't write much, but sometimes it feels good to even read what I write. This notebook is more important to me than any other notebook. I can leave a gift to every person who comes into my future life, and maybe leave something beautiful to the world. I think one of the best things about not feeling insignificant is this quote book. Even if you don't want to do any of it, you should make this notebook and make yourself happy to write a few words once or twice a month. Also remember, you can choose the language of the articles written in it.

I don't think anything should be wasted and used. Especially the dozens of notebooks waiting for our closets should turn into things that motivate us, not bad and trash over time. I'll come to you with more such ideas. I'll also leave a few sample videos below. All of them contain methods that I follow with pleasure and apply in my notebooks. Hope to see you soon.
